Emergency stop control unit
Designed to cut off instantly the current circuit. It is particularly suitable to be used in the battery-operated forklift trucks and various power circuits. The current connection is performed when the red handle of the unit is in the upper position. In emergency, by means of sharp pressing the handle, the compulsory direct interruption of the current circuit is carried out.

SWITCH, type EBCS 160-C-C/O with additional contact system
The development and the production of light and compact chargers for traction batteries allow their mounting in on the electrical fork lift trucks. During charging of the traction battery the voltage at the end of charging increases about 20 % of the rated voltage. When the electrical installation of the machine isn’t switch off, this might be dangerous for the indicators and pulse controllers built-in in the fork lift trucks.
The switch EBCS-160 has two functions:
- emergency switching-off of direct current electrical circuits in transportation means.
- permanent switching-off of power and operative circuits in transportation means during charging.
